New York state and Ontario County authorities are investigating after Canandaigua police officers shot a man who allegedly aimed a gun at them. The man was airlifted from the scene to Strong Hospital where he later died. Spectators at Canandaigua Motorsports Park gasped. A Canandaigua man was one of two people killed in a snowmobile crash overnight in New York state's North Country. One person is dead after a fatal motor vehicle accident in Bristol. He died shortly after he arrived.
